Changing Your Subscription Frequency, Grind Size and Coffee Beans
Just simply use the subscriptions management form on the subscriptions tab and change your plan to anything you want, you are in full control.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime with us by heading to the my subscription tab and clicking the view button on your active subscription and the cancel button.
Referral Code
When is a referral counted?
Your referral is only counted when we have successfully processed your friend first coffee purchase using your coupon or your referral link.
If they are ordering coffee after our roasting date, their order will only be processed during the next subsequent roasting date!
How can the coupon be applied?
If you are on our coffee subscription, the coupon will be automatically applied to your next subscription order!
You can also alternatively use it to purchase anything on our website by using the coupon code during checkout.
My friend purchased via my referral link but the coupon is not showing
This occasionally happens when cookies are blocked on your friend's browser and we are unable to detect that they came from your link.
Do let us know your friend's email and order number and we will send you a new coupon if the referral is valid!
