Rinse the cup with some hot water to bring the cup to temperature and pour the water away.

The coffee needs to brew at around 93 degrees celsius and preheating the cup will help maintain that temperature.

Drip bags contains 12g of coffee so you should use around 180ml of water.

If you do not have a weighing scale, the rule of the thumb is to add less water than you think you need and add more later if it's too strong.

Pour boiling water at a steady rate to soak the grounds completely.

Set a timer for 3 minutes and let the coffee steep submerged in the water.

Take your time to let it continue brewing to increase the body of the coffee.

If you like your coffee stronger, you may let it sit longer.

Remove the drip bag from the coffee as it has served it's purpose.
