1. General
This website is owned and operated by Yasumi Coffee, hereinafter referred to as "Yasumi Coffee" or "We". These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to purchase freshly roasted coffee beans. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Key Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in SGD. They exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Offers are subject to availability. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.
4. Delivery
We will endeavor to fulfill your order by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time from the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
5. Return and Refund
We do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the goods upon delivery due to defects, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not allow refunds for deliveries to the "wrong address" provided by the customer.
6. Your Personal Information
When you use our website, we collect and store your personal information. We take this matter very seriously and ensure your data is well protected. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this website remain the property of Yasumi Coffee and are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by Yasumi Coffee.
8. Order Cancellation and Misuse of Promo Codes
Yasumi Coffee reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offers or due to technical issues. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchases or orders that have been placed based on incorrect pricing information or erroneous promotional codes, at any time, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. In the event that payment has been made, Yasumi Coffee will refund the full payment amount to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
In these circumstances, customers will be notified by Yasumi Coffee as soon as possible.
Promo codes are to be used only once per person unless otherwise stated. Each promotional code has its specific terms, which will be made clear at the time it's issued (including the length of time to use the code, eligibility, and what discount or offer it gives you) and can only be used as stipulated.
We also reserve the right to blacklist repeated offenders from purchasing our products.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
