Yasumi is a delightful concept that offers high quality beans that are the perfect daily driver/workhorse with consistent roast quality - the beans deliveries are so fresh my mailbox often is infused with the aroma of coffee when I receive a bean delivery when they used to offer the rotation subscription. The ground coffee beans smelt so good when they arrived, freshly roasted before delivery for all orders! They make it so easy for everyone to enjoy (even beginners like me without fancy equipment). I got mine in medium grind for pour overs, no extra charge~
