Coffee, when ground, loses its aroma very quickly compared to whole beans. The rate at which the coffee oxidizes heavily depends on the grind size; the finer the grind, the faster it oxidizes. 

We do not grind for espresso as freshly roasted coffee needs micro-adjustment over time as it degasses to get a proper extraction.

Our coffee bags are resealable and comes with a one-way valve to ensure that the carbon dioxide that is released from the freshly roasted coffee is allowed to escape while oxygen cannot enter to oxidise the beans.

Please store the coffee bag in a cool environment away from direct sunlight for up to 4 weeks maximum.

Yes of course! Invoice payment are available for orders above $100.

If you prefer us to send you an invoice for your finance department to process, just simple choose the "invoice payment" option when checking out the coffee as usual.

An e-invoice will be sent to your provided email, attached with a PDF invoice.
