We roast all coffee-to-order, this means that we have to preorder raw coffee beans for roasting too from our green coffee suppliers which is why we consolidate all orders on Sunday.
Your order will be packed on
Yasumi is a small-batch coffee roaster, this means that all coffee beans are meticulously packed or processed by hand in our facility.
Your order will be collected by our courier on
Our courier collects your parcel of joy the next day after we have finished packing and brings it to the sorting hub.
Receive your Order in 3-5 days

You should have received a tracking link from our courier in your inbox by now.
If you have only ordered coffee without our Yasumi Press, there will be no tracking link as the parcel will be delivered to your letter box via Singpost.
Parcels do get lost sometimes so please inform us immediately if you do not receive your orders within 5 days.

I can't see the scheduled dates
Can I receive my order earlier?
Unfortunately, as we do not have extra manpower and resources available, we cannot accommodate urgent orders. Please email us if you need to cancel the order and receive a refund.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
For coffee orders, the most common reason why you haven't seen your parcel is because it is delivered to your letterbox via SingPost.
If you do not receive it within 8 days maximum after the shipping date, please let us know and we will check in with the courier for you.
Only for missing orders caused by our couriers, we will schedule a new roast to be shipped out to you the following roasting cycle.
How do I know my order is packed?
You will receive an order completion email from us once your order is packed and is awaiting our courier for pickup.
Our team operates on the same schedule every week like clockwork so your order will most probably be packed on the packing day indicated so if you do not receive an order completion email, fret not your order will definitely be packed so await a tracking ID from our courier.
How do I know my order is shipped?
You will receive a tracking link from our courier once they have successfully picked it up.
You can then use the tracking ID to see progress of your parcel and also communicate with the courier on your delivery preferences.
I have indicated my delivery preference but the courier did not follow it
We advise any customer with very specific delivery preferences to check in with us first if it is possible before ordering. For example, if you only can accept delivery on a one date within a small 3 hour window, it is highly unlikely our couriers will follow that.
We will try our best to indicate and communicate with couriers about any valid delivery preferences but ultimately there is no guarantee as we do not own our own delivery fleet and it is still up to the sole individual that is delivering your parcel to follow it.
