Firstly, we want this to be a genuine contest so competition accounts specifically for giveaways are not allowed,  the criteria is that your social media accounts participating must have at least 50 followers.

You can participate by just simply reposting/sharing about this giveaway on the approved social media platforms or inviting your friends to join via Whatsapp.

We have different tasks that will give you lucky draw entry tickets depending on the difficulty level, you can do anyone of them for more entries on different channels.

Terms & Conditions for entering this giveaway

While this is a free giveaway, we also want to ensure that all participants have a fair chance of participating and winning.

Here are our T&Cs to prevent abuse or fraudulent entries, when you enter the giveaway, you agree to the terms & conditions below.

How do we check fraudulent entries? It's simple, whenever the winner is selected, we will look through their entries! If there is anything that goes against our T&Cs, we will re-roll again!

Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • This contest is open only to people residing in Singapore.
    • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
    • At least 50 followers if completing the social media task
    • Posting on other social media than the above are not eligible
    • One person can only win one time, future entries from the winner will not be eligible.

  2. Contest Period:

    • The full length of the giveaway contest begins on 1st May 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 21st June 2024 at 00:00.
    • All entries must be received within the Contest Period to be eligible.
    • As this is a daily contest, entries from each contest day will be removed at midnight, your entries will not carryover to the next day to ensure a fair chance for participants regardless of which day they participate.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Participants can enter the contest by completing tasks as outlined above.
    • Participants can enter as many time with different entry submissions, ( reusing an entry submission will result in disqualification ).
    • Each task completed will earn the participant a certain number of entries. The number of entries is based on the difficulty of the task.
    • Entries must be completed as directed and in full compliance with the instructions provided.
    • We reserve the right to disqualify and completely ban participants from re-entering the contest for fraudulent entries.
    • It is your responsibility to make sure that the submitted information is accurate, that includes your winning email, your referee's email and social media profile.
    • As this is a large scale contest, we only have resources for checking valid entries, if there are any submission disputes, we will void the affected entries that are inaccurate and reselect the winner for the day from the pool of accurate entries.
    • All social media posts must be visible until our winner selection timing between 1-5pm, if your post expires or you delete it before then, we will count it as you have not entered the giveaway.

  4. Selection of Winners:

    • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received the following day.
    • The draw will take place the next day between 1pm - 5pm and announce on our socials.
    • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  5. Prizes:

  6. Winner Notification:

    • Winners will be notified via email within 7 days following the winner selection.
    • Winners can also check this page at anytime to see if they have won the next day.
    • Yasumi Coffee shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
    • Winners have until 7 days from the end of the full contest period to checkout the reward from our website.
    • Give away item will be delivered within 14 working days after checking out.
    • We will complete a final verification for the winning entry and the winner will have to complete a final proof of identity by sending us a DM from their socials with the participating email address ( Instructions will be sent to you )

    • In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Yasumi Coffee may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the contest to address the impairment and then resume the contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these T&Cs; or (b) award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

  8. Privacy:

    • Information collected from participants is subject to Yasumi Coffee's Privacy Policy.
    • When you submit your contact information, you agree to participate in Yasumi Coffee's mailing list. You may remove yourself from the mailing list by unsubscribing on your own discretion.

  9. Limitation of Liability:

    • Yasumi Coffee is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.
    • We reserve the right to end this contest early if the response does not meet our expectations.

Do I have to submit all my entries in a single day?

No, you do not, you can spread out your entries over 50 days if that is part of your strategy :)

What do you mean by unique link to get 3 bonus tickets?

When you ask someone to participate in the giveaway, make sure the link is in the correct format so it automatically fills up the referral field in the form. Your friend can also manually fill it up as well if the link does not work.

For each referral field that mentions your email, we will award you 3 tickets.

What is the best way to win this contest?

We have no idea, it's first time we are doing this so we are also interested to see what kind of creative ways you can come up with to get the most entries. You may even participate on days where the entries are little.

There's always a chance as this is a daily lucky draw, even a single entry could win you the prize :)

Can I repost the content everyday?

Yes you can, just don't be too spammy about it.

If I submit a wrong entry, does it disqualify the rest of my entries?

Yes, to be fair to all participants and also to save on our manhours checking your entries, unfortunately we will disqualify all your tickets if you have a single invalid entry.

I don't want the cup, do you have coffee instead?
